Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1½ pounds total)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the pork by patting it dry and seasoning with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear the pork on all sides until golden.
- Assemble the sauce by mixing the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the sauce over the pork.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, basting once halfway through, until the pork is cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish and serve with chopped parsley and spoon the extra honey garlic sauce over the slices. Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
