- 8 beef hot dogs, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (16-ounce) can chili (no beans or with beans)
- 1 (8-count) tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the filling by combining the sliced hot dogs, chili, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a large bowl.
- Assemble by spreading the chili mixture into the baking dish. Top with biscuit dough pieces, then sprinkle evenly with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Brush the biscuit tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden and cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
