The fried rice is a mixture of long grain rice and a mixture of peas, carrots and onions with scrambled eggs mixed together! You won’t go out anymore!
I’ve always loved fried rice. I could probably eat  whole bowl. The great thing about this recipe is that you can add as much as you like! I added bacon, chicken and ham. It’s the perfect base for fried rice and they say the secret ingredient to getting that authentic Chinese taste is sesame oil. Whatever it is, it’s great!
I had my whole family on a Chinese night. It was a lot of work, but I wanted them to sample their famous sweet and sour chicken. They absolutely loved it and agreed it tasted straight from the restaurant.

ingredients :

°4 c. Cooked rice
°½ pound chicken thighs, cut into small pieces and cooked
°1 c- Mixed frozen vegetables
°1 c. Chopped onion
°2 large eggs
°2 tsp. minced garlic
°2 tbsp. Sesame oil
°¼ c soy sauce

How to make better eating fried rice :

Add sesame oil to a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
Put onions and mixed vegetables in a hot skillet and sauté until onions are soft.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Move the vegetables to one side of the skillet, and crack the eggs into the skillet. Stir the eggs to coat them and allow them to set completely.
Mixing ingredients in pan together.
Add the rice and chicken to the pan and stir well.
Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir to coat everything well.
Fry it for a minute or two before serving.
