Lasagna





The lasagna dish cannot be mentioned without referring to its Italian origins, which is mainly represented by a harmonious mixture of layers of lasagna, ground meat sauce, cheese with easy-to-prepare bechamel sauce

 

*Ingredients :

 

° 350g minced meat

° 1 can of lasagna

° 1 – onion, chopped

° 5- Chopped tomatoes

° 1 tablespoon dried basil

° 2 cloves of minced garlic

° 1 cup tomato, concentrated

° 15 tablespoons of cheesy cheese

° Coffee spoon of olive oil

° 1 – Paprika

° salt

° black pepper

° 2 bowl of bechamel sauce

 

* How to prepare

 

1 – Preparing the minced meat sauce: pour the oil into a saucepan and add the chopped onions, the minced meat, then stir the ingredients from time to time

2- Add the tomatoes, paprika, dried basil, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper and water, then stir the ingredients and leave the saucepan over a medium heat until the meat sauce sets

3 – Lift the pot from the fire and leave it aside

4 – Preparing the lasagna: Put a little béchamel sauce at the bottom of the oven dish, then distribute the lasagna pieces and pour a layer of Bolognese sauce on top, then spread a ladle of the bechamel sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. We repeat the same process until the lasagna leaves are finished

5 – Cover the surface of the dish with the bechamal sauce and sprinkle it with the cheesy cheese. Leave the dish in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
