Ingredients:
1 pound of raw, clean, peeled and deveined shrimp
8 tablespoons butter (1 stick), melted
3 cloves of chopped garlic (my addition)
1 packet of good Italian seasons, all natural seasoning
1 1/2 lemon, cut into circles
1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the chopped garlic and pour into a 9 x 111 inch glass pan, spreading over the bottom of the plate.
Arrange the lemon wedges on the butter in a single layer.
Arrange clean and deveined shrimp on lemon wedges.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the shrimp.
Sprinkle the parsley flakes and pepper over the top.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
