This homemade pineapple ice cream recipe is very easy to prepare. Mix and serve. Make it for a party, your kids or even hide it by yourself.
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
8 oz frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
3 tablespoons of honey or 2 tablespoons of sugar
6 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a powerful blender or food processor until smooth.
If the mixture is very liquid, add 1/4 cup of ice and process more.
Too much like a creamy whisk, transfer the mixture to the bag of the star tip tube and put it in cups.
