INGREDIENTS
1 roast beef of your choice (use the size of the roast and the amount of vegetables you need to feed your family. I used a 2.5-pound chuck roast)
1 can of mushroom cream
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
1 can (12 oz) Coca-Cola
Red potatoes in half
Carrots cut into pieces
ADDRESSES:
Place the meat in the clay pot and garnish with the dry onion soup mixture.
Place the vegetables around the roast.
Combine the cream of mushrooms and the Coca-Cola in a bowl and pour over the roast.
Put the pan on low heat, cook 6 to 8 hours. The more you cook, the more tender the meat will become.
